Who we are
Newhill Football Club is a community football club based at Falls Park, Whiterock Close, Belfast BT12 7FE. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
What this website collects
If you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, topic and message you provide. Please do not include medical information or other sensitive personal details in the general enquiry form.
If you choose optional analytics, the site records the page path, date and a page-view count in a small Cloudflare D1 database. We do not add names, email addresses, query strings, device identifiers or IP-address fields to these analytics records.
Theme and notification preferences stay in your browser. The website compares public fixture, result, event and news IDs on your device to recognise new updates; it does not create a personal notification profile on our server.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer your request and take any steps you ask us to take, such as helping you find a team or asking about an event. We use aggregated analytics, where you allow it, to understand which pages work well and where the website needs improvement.
Who helps us provide the website
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Resend processes website enquiry emails on the club’s behalf. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their service and handle it under their own security and data-protection commitments.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept only for as long as they are needed to respond, manage the related club matter, meet safeguarding responsibilities or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict how your personal information is used, and to object or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact the club secretary to make a request. You can also complain to theInformation Commissioner’s Office.
